I've been using Sally Hansen's Salon Effects nails for awhile and absolutely love them. However, I have to give props to Kiss Nail Dress for their textured options. I've been pretty envious of the nail styles I've seen on TV. They seem to include jewels, piercings, and coordinated but not matching designs. Kiss makes that style available without going to the salon and spending mucho dinero.
Sally is easier to work with because the sticker polish is thinner due to the lack of texture and jewels. Thinner polish makes it easier to file off the excess. I would recommend that first time users or people in a rush use Sally. However, If you have extra time and want to add a little funk to your style, try Kiss.
Tips:
Don't cut your nails first. You're going to want to trim the rough edges of the sticker. You need extra nail to do that.
